Since we started in 2009, we’ve done things a little differently here at DFC.

We wanted to make memories, to calm nerves, to break the ice and create a fully personalised experience which gives our customers a day to treasure forever. All our DJs and Hosts are industry established, you could say we’ve walked the walk, and now we talk the talk. Our talented videographers will accompany you on your special day from when you get up in the morning and have your breakfast; sipping a cup of coffee (or perhaps something a little stronger) in an attempt to settle your nerves, to your first kiss as a married couple, that infamous best mans speech, right up until your last dance.

Well what can I say. Robin and his teammates were simply amazing from start to finish. The meetings before the big day meant we were able to personalise our day.
Robin as a host was brilliant and liaised well with all the staff at our venue, to ensure our wedding breakfast ran smoothly. He introduced us into the room and helped oversee the speeches. At night he worked alongside DFC Live was an unforgettable experience, one my wife and I will never forget. Guest were truly blown away by the high standard of performance and professionalism, shown throughout the evening. The dance floor was always full. Robin even conducted a dance off between children and made sure our first dance went well. DFC Live also engaged well with our guests,playing songs from different eras. Would recommend DFC and the services they provide to anyone wanting to have an unforgettable experience, our only regret was that it had to come to an end.

Honestly I really don’t know what to say, both Laura James and Mike were absolutely amazing and a credit to your company. Laura performed during our wedding ceremony and during the drinks reception, the guests absolutely loved her and we did too! Mike was our host throughout the day turning into our DJ at night. He was absolutely fantastic at both hosting and being our DJ. The guests loved Mike as our host as he kept the day running smoothly to ensure there were no dull moments, he really made the day so special. During the evening the dance floor was all night, literally people had to dance at the side and on the carpet, he really listened to us and the crowd and created an unforgettable amazing night that everyone keeps talking about. Thank you so much Mike, your passion during the lead up to our wedding and on the day/night made our wedding day the best day of our lives and we will be forever grateful.

Laura set the tone beautifully for the ceremony and the drinks reception. Her performances were incredible and were perfect for our day. She learnt a new song for our walk down the aisle in a short space of time, which was incredible. The bride was very happy. She gained many positive comments from our guests.

Rob was fantastic, he contacted us a few days before the wedding and discussed our song choice. Rob was very much on our wavelength and had a very similar taste to music. From the start to the end, the music flowed perfectly. We have previously been to weddings when some songs get played and clear the dance floor, on this occasion, it never happened once. Our dance floor was always full and everybody was loving the music and dancing the night away. Big thank you to Rob for being a top DJ and helping our guests rock the dance floor!

We can’t thank Chris and Paddy enough for the amazing DJ, host and performance service they provided and the party atmosphere they still managed to create for a smaller wedding with covid restrictions. We’re so glad things worked out the way they did and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. Paddy is so talented and played some of our favourites. It was incredible to hear live music again after so long. Chris went above and beyond being our celebrant, DJ and host. Adam! We absolutely loved having you at our wedding! We knew the first time we met you that you would help us to have an amazing day! You have been incredible from start to finish. So helpful with any questions, you were only a text message away! You have felt like one of the family as you fit in with us down to a T. I’ve had none stop messages from guests to tell us “it was the best wedding we’ve ever been to!” It flowed brilliantly. Just everything was perfect! Wish we could do it all again!! You were so much more than a host! More of a guardian angel! My favourite quote from one our guests was “ I was waiting for that one awful song to come on so that I could go sit down and have a rest and a drink… but it just never happened because he just kept playing absolute bangers on after the other!”.

Chris hosted the day for us, arranged the games in between the courses and then produced an incredible job behind the decks that kept the dance floor packed til chucking out time. He was in constant touch throughout the build up to our wedding over 18 months giving us exactly the tailored experience we wanted and everyone enjoyed so much.

Had DFC hosting our Wedding at Stanley House, Lancashire. All I can say is the DFC team are amazing and, a class act from start to finish. From the initial meeting, they guided us through how the day tends to go from their point of view, the music we wanted, the games that they included (Mr & Mrs went down a right treat!). Adam looked after both my wife and I all day and really got the party going towards the end of the meal and all the way through to the end of the Evening Reception.

To all those who want to know what the DFC experience is then work with Chris. I think I ended the night giving him a big hug and thanking him for being part of mine and Lauren’s special day. Chris has such a friendly nature and he seemed more of an friend than anything else. Leading up to the wedding Chris was amazing he was always there to ring / message and made us feel at ease during the wedding preparation as he always seemed in control and provided a great sounding board for wedding ideas as he had such a vast knowledge of how the wedding day/night would pan out.
